I was contracted to develop SNAP, a custom CRM, captive portal and network administration platform, built upon a LAMP stack.
SNAP is used by hotel staff and SNA technicians to configure and monitor network equipment, handle support requests and report on system usage. The platform also provides hotels and restaurants with fully customizable captive portals, allowing for free access, access billed to a room or charged directly to a credit card.
